The Site and the Panel Are Not Two Separate Products
Almost every solution on the market sells only a panel. The association buys it, but the website the donor actually sees is still sitting on Wix or a second-hand WordPress. When the two systems do not know each other, donations get typed into the panel by hand.
The donor gives on your site
They pick a campaign, enter an amount and pay by card. The site runs on your domain, under your brand.
Payment goes through your own POS
The money reaches the association's own bank account rather than an intermediary platform. Nobody takes a cut in between.
The donation lands in the panel by itself
Donor, amount, campaign and payment method are written into the panel. Nobody keys in data, and no donation goes missing along the way.

Share allocation, slaughter, proof and donor notifications all run from here. Accounting reads from the same ledger.
Your Own Virtual POS
Most donation platforms impose their own payment infrastructure and take a share of every gift. In the system we build, the virtual POS belongs to the association's own bank.
Money goes straight to the association
Donations reach the association's own account without passing through an intermediary. Settlement dates, deductions and reconciliation are between you and your bank.
No per-donation commission
There is no software-side fee per donation. Your only cost is your bank's POS rate, and you negotiate that directly with the bank.
Card details never enter the system
It runs on the 3D Host model: card number, expiry date and CVV are entered on the bank's own page. No card data ever sits on your server, keeping the PCI-DSS burden at its lowest.
Card, transfer and cash in one ledger
Card donations from the site, bank transfers and cash taken by hand all gather in the same system. A donor's total contribution is visible in one place.
In the İNFAKDER installation the virtual POS runs through Ziraat Katılım / PayCore PayFor. The provider layer is abstracted; if your association banks elsewhere, that bank's virtual POS is connected instead.
The System Belongs to the Association
Charity data is not an ordinary record; it is your donors' names, phone numbers and giving history. Where that data sits and who holds it is the board's responsibility under data-protection law.
One-Time Payment
The setup fee is paid once. There is no monthly, yearly or per-user charge; your bill does not grow as you add volunteers.
On Your Own Server
Each installation is specific to the association: its own server, its own database. Your donor list does not sit in a shared database alongside other organisations.
On Your Own Domain
The site opens at yourassociation.org and the panel at panel.yourassociation.org. Colours and logo included, the interface carries your own corporate identity.
The Data Stays With You
You can take a full backup of the database whenever you like. Even if you stop working with us, the system keeps running and the data stays with you.
Qurban Organisation
The qurban season is an association's busiest work and the one that forgives the fewest mistakes. The panel keeps that process on record from beginning to end.
Intention Recorded
Every share is recorded as votive, obligatory, thanksgiving, voluntary or unspecified. The donor's intention travels with the record all the way to the slaughter.
Automatic Share Grouping
For cattle, groups form by themselves as shares reach seven; the group size can be changed per project. For sheep and aqiqah, one donor corresponds to one animal.
Proof of Slaughter
A photo or video of the slaughter is attached to the share. Proof is kept on the server and uploaded to a cloud archive in the background, so nothing is lost when the disk fills.
Proxy Card
The design of the proxy card sent to the donor is edited from the panel. Donor name and intention are printed onto the card rather than prepared one by one.
Country-Based Organisation
Every project belongs to a country, so domestic and overseas slaughters are tracked separately. The donor can see which country their share was carried out in.
Year-by-Year Archive
Each qurban season stays in its own year. Old records are not disturbed when you look up last year's figures, call a donor back or pull a report.
Not Only Qurban
Every campaign the association runs lives in the same panel. One of four patterns decides how a campaign behaves; opening a new one requires no software change.
Grouped campaigns
A group completes once a set number of shares comes together. Cattle qurban runs on this pattern.
Single-unit campaigns
One donor corresponds to one unit. Sheep qurban and aqiqah sit in this pattern.
Quantity campaigns
Driven by a target quantity with every delivery evidenced: food parcels, water wells, stationery aid and the like.
Pooled campaigns
A monetary target is set and the remainder shrinks as gifts arrive. Suited to mosque construction, general giving and disaster appeals.
Reach Donors on WhatsApp
The sector's habit is SMS. Yet what you really want to show a donor is not a line of text but the slaughter video — and SMS cannot carry video.
The slaughter video goes straight over
The proof photo or video is sent to the donor over WhatsApp. They do not have to click a link or download a file.
Delivered, and read
Sent, delivered and read status is recorded for every message. When a donor says "nothing ever reached us", there is somewhere to look.
Ready-made templates
Slaughter proof, payment reminder and thank-you messages are produced from templates. You write the wording; the system fills in the personal details.
No message credits to buy
The messaging infrastructure runs on the association's own server. Sending slaughter proof to thousands of donors does not mean buying an SMS package.
The Website Side
This is the face the donor sees. Because it is part of the same system as the panel, campaign information is not updated separately in two places.
Three languages, right-to-left included
Turkish, English and Arabic. Arabic pages open in a right-to-left layout, which makes a real difference for associations collecting donations from abroad.
The content is in your hands
Pages, menus, news, projects and the gallery are managed from the panel. You do not go back to a developer for every wording change.
Volunteer, contact and aid-request forms
Applications from the site are recorded and reviewed one by one from the management screen, rather than getting lost in an inbox.
Donation receipt
When a donation completes, the donor is shown a receipt with a reference code. The record is created on the site and in the panel at the same moment.

The Donation Flow
The donor completes it in four short steps: pick a campaign, set the amount, enter their details and confirm. At the payment step, card is selected by default. Intention — votive, obligatory, thanksgiving, voluntary — is recorded at the donor's own choosing, and anyone who wishes can give anonymously.
Three Languages, Right-to-Left Included
The same content is published in Turkish, English and Arabic. On Arabic pages the entire interface flips right-to-left, menus, cards and progress bar included. For associations collecting from abroad this is not a decoration to bolt on later but a structure that has to be built in from the start.

İNFAKDER: from Wix to its own server
Based in Şanlıurfa, İNFAKDER has been running orphan, food, water well, qurban and education work across 11 cities since 2013. Its site sat on Wix; there was no real donation collection and the qurban organisation ran outside any system. We built a new three-language site together with the qurban and donation management panel, joined the two on a single database, and connected the association's own virtual POS. Today the Chad, Somalia and Afghanistan campaigns all run from the same panel; the system has been live on the association's own server since 12 August 2026.

The Setup Process
We hand it over working, without cutting you off from your existing site and records.
Meeting and scope
We look at the campaigns the association runs and how it works today, then decide together which modules are genuinely needed.
Content and data migration
Pages, news and images from your old site are carried into the new one. Redirects are set up from old addresses to new ones, so your position in search is not reset.
Installation, POS and branding
The system is installed on the association's own server, your bank's virtual POS is connected and verified with a test donation. Colours, logo and wording are set to your corporate identity.
Training and handover
We show administrators and volunteers how to use it, and stay close during intense moments such as the first qurban season.
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions that come up most often in our conversations with associations.
How many donors and shares can it manage?
In practice we do not set a limit. The system runs on PostgreSQL and, because it is installed separately for each association, you are not sharing capacity with other organisations. You also pay nothing extra as donor or share counts grow; the price does not change with usage.
Do donors get an SMS or a WhatsApp message?
WhatsApp, and we chose that deliberately: it is the only practical way to send the slaughter video straight to the donor. Delivery and read status are recorded too. SMS can be added if you need it, but sending video by SMS is not possible.
Can we take donations by credit card?
Yes, through your own virtual POS. The money reaches the association's bank account without passing through an intermediary platform, and there is no software-side commission per donation. Card details are entered on the bank's own page and never reach your server.
We do not have a virtual POS — what then?
You apply to your bank for a virtual POS in the association's name, which usually takes a few working days. We guide you on what the application will ask for. Until it arrives, the site keeps working with bank transfer and donation notification.
We already have a website. Do we start from scratch?
No. Your pages, news and images are carried over, and old addresses redirect to the new ones so your existing Google rankings are preserved. That is exactly how İNFAKDER's site was taken off Wix.
Can we take only the panel and keep our site?
You can, but you would miss most of the benefit. The real value is that donations are collected on the site and land in the panel by themselves. If the site stays separate, you will still be entering donations by hand. That said, if you want to keep your current site, we can connect the donation flow to it.
Can we run campaigns other than qurban?
Yes. The system is built on four campaign patterns: grouped (cattle qurban), single-unit (sheep, aqiqah), quantity (food parcels, water wells) and pooled (mosques, general giving). Opening a new campaign needs no software change; you define it from the panel.
Where is our donor data kept?
On the association's own server, in a database belonging to the association. You are not in a shared system with other organisations. You can take a full backup whenever you like; in data-protection terms the association is both the controller and the owner of that data.
Is there really no monthly payment?
Not for the software; the setup fee is paid once. Ongoing costs are the server and domain fees, paid directly to the provider. Beyond that there is your bank's POS rate, which is between you and your bank.
Can our volunteers use it too?
Yes. There are two permission levels, administrator and volunteer. Volunteers carry out the work opened to them while sensitive areas such as settings and user management stay closed to them. The number of users does not affect the price.
How long does setup take?
It depends on scope. A panel-only installation is up and running within a few weeks; a full setup including the site and content migration usually takes six to ten weeks. If it has to be ready for a qurban season, we build the schedule around that.
What does it cost?
The price depends on how much content has to be migrated and which modules the association needs. In a short conversation we listen to how your campaigns work and prepare a quote for you.
