What services does Çelenk Yazılım offer?
Çelenk Yazılım builds custom ERP/CRM software, manufacturing and factory automation systems, corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications and AI-assisted automation solutions. We are based in Ordu, Türkiye. To date we have delivered 13 projects across furniture, footwear, bathroom furniture, agriculture, finance and underwater services.
Do you work with companies outside Ordu?
Yes. Most of our projects run remotely and our clients are spread across Türkiye. Meetings are held online; for larger ERP and manufacturing projects we schedule on-site analysis visits when needed. Companies in Ordu and the Black Sea region can also work with us face to face.
Why choose custom software over an off-the-shelf ERP?
Off-the-shelf ERPs are designed around standard processes and expect you to adapt your workflow to the software. Custom software does the opposite: it models your existing processes and installs only the modules you will actually use. There is no per-user monthly licence cost and your data stays on your own infrastructure. The Uzel Mobilya and Safir Banyo systems were built this way.
How long does a software project take?
A corporate website typically takes 2-4 weeks and a multilingual corporate site 4-6 weeks. ERP and production tracking systems take several months depending on scope and go live module by module, so you see value before the project ends. We share a firm timeline after the scoping analysis.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is based on project scope; we do not use fixed package lists. The first consultation and requirements analysis are free. After the analysis we provide a proposal broken into modules, with the contents and delivery date of each module stated in writing, so budget and scope are clear from the start.
Can you migrate data from our existing system?
Yes, data migration is part of the service. We import from Excel files, legacy admin panels and existing databases. In the Güven Kundura project, years of customer and work-order records were moved into the new system. Migrations are validated in a test environment first and the cutover is planned so it does not interrupt daily operations.
Do you provide support and maintenance after delivery?
Yes. Bug fixes after delivery are covered by warranty. Beyond that, an optional maintenance agreement covers updates, new module development and technical support. Source code ownership and access terms are defined explicitly in the contract from the outset.
Which technologies do you use?
On the web we use Next.js, React and TypeScript; on the server FastAPI (Python), Laravel and PostgreSQL/MySQL; on mobile Flutter. For desktop applications we use Electron, and for automation and AI integrations n8n and MCP. Technology choices follow the real needs of the project.
