Findik App
A mobile platform connecting agricultural employers with workers. Its matching engine pairs provincial production data with crop and job types, so listings are ranked by what actually grows in the user's province. It started with hazelnuts; today it carries a care calendar, weather and trader prices alongside the job listings.
Problem
Agricultural labour was still found through phone chains and personal contacts. Employers could not assemble a crew in season, and workers had no way to see which jobs were opening in which province. General job boards ignored the crop-and-season reality of farming.
Solution
We brought listings, applications, crew management and messaging into one app, then added a layer matching provincial production data to job types. After that we moved into the grower's daily decisions: a twelve-month care calendar cross-referenced against the weather forecast, and current prices entered by traders. Traders got their own web panel.
