For bathroom cabinet maker Safir Banyo we built a comprehensive manufacturing ERP managing the entire workflow, from raw-material cost to sale price, from quotes to production tracking and finance.
Problem
Product costs, quotes and production tracking were run on scattered spreadsheets. Updating hundreds of product costs by hand whenever a raw-material price changed was slow and error-prone.
Solution
We built a recipe (BOM) based automatic costing engine: when a raw-material price changes, all product costs are instantly recalculated. We unified quote, order, production and finance modules into a single system.
