Alfa Diving Management System
For Alfa Diving, providing underwater and diving services, we built a web-based business management system. We unified the entire operation in one panel, from accounts to multi-currency cash, from invoicing to quotes and vessel/certificate tracking.
Problem
Customer accounts, cash movements, invoices and quotes were kept in different places. Multi-currency (TRY/USD/EUR) transactions and domestic/foreign VAT calculations required manual tracking.
Solution
We unified accounts, cash, invoicing, quotes and reports in a single system. With Central Bank (TCMB) exchange-rate integration we delivered multi-currency cash, automatic VAT and invoice numbering, PDF quotes (TR/EN) and bank statement import.
