Güven Kundura Management Panel
For Güven Kundura in Erzurum we built a modern, web-based management panel replacing a legacy Windows program used for years. Over 6,000 customers and more than 10,000 repair tickets were migrated to the new system in full.



Problem
All customer and ticket records were kept in an outdated desktop program accessible from a single computer, hard to update and back up. Ticket and label printing and customer notifications were entirely manual.
Solution
We cleaned the legacy database and migrated it to a modern web application. We unified repair tickets, orders and customer management in one panel, and integrated thermal printing and SMS to speed up daily operations.
