For POS payment solutions we built both a public advisory platform for merchants and a comprehensive CRM/operations panel managing the dealer network. The marketing site automatically routes incoming requests to the sales team.
Problem
Merchants could not compare the right POS solution and commission rates, while incoming applications were tracked across scattered channels with manual document handling and customer assignment.
Solution
We built a site that guides merchants to the right solution with a rule-based POS recommendation engine and commission calculator. Behind it, we developed an operations panel with a lead CRM, financial analytics and OCR-powered document processing.
